Summer’s End Cover Reveal

We have the cover for Summer’s End. See the glorious work by Marc Ducrow based on one of the stories in the anthology – Ancien Regime by Arthur C Clarke winner Adrian Tchaikovsky. It’s going to be fiddled with a little – mainly to get the text right, but the image is done and we’re pretty pleased with it.

As far as getting this out goes, we’re just collecting bios, finalising formatting and making sure we’ve got everyone’s addresses for sending contributor copies. An Anthology is harder to launch, in our mind, than a novel because there are lots of authors and as much as fans of individual authors want to read their works, they often aren’t that bothered about the other stories in an anthology (am I being too honest here?).

We think that each of the stories in this anthology, whose creators include James Brogden, Adrian Faulkner, Gaie Sebold to mention just three, are amazing, so we want to give it the widest possible exposure. That takes a little time to get right, especially when you’re a little press and this is your first anthology.

We’ll be looking for people who are interested in reading in exchange for a review, so if that’s you, please get in touch.

  1. Hi Stuart

I suspect you’re grimly right about authors’ fans not being too bothered about the other stories in an antho, though that’s more of an issue with a gang of unknowns. This line-up looks great.

I’d be interested in an ARC.

    Cheers

    Ed
